Duration: Commit to an immersive 18-24 month residency program based in one of our existing church planting cities.
Focus: Sharpen your Planter Character and Competencies. The residency provides intensive cohort training alongside peer residents and hands-on ministry experience in the dynamic city environment.
Pay: The residency is a fully funded position with medical insurance benefits.
Qualifications:
Have at least 4 years of experience on a church staff with demonstrated ministry success.
Hold a master’s degree from seminary.
Possess an undeniable calling to plant churches.
